Bilic''s bedroom coaching revealed

Croatian football team boss Slaven Bilic gave away one of his coaching methods during a criticism of the England national team, it was reported.
In an interview with the Sun, the manager stated that he preferred to speak to players face to face - by climbing into bed with them to discuss any difficulties or tactics for upcoming national games.
He continued: "I go to the room of Corluka and Modric when I see they have a problem and I lie in bed with them and we talk for ten minutes."
Bilic added that England manager Fabio Capello most likely expected a bigger improvement from his players this weekend after a 2-0 win against Andorra in the World Cup qualifiers but that it was early days for the new manager.
Enjoying a spell in England between 1996 and 2000, Slaven Bilic played for West Ham United and Everton, signing for the latter in 1997 for £4.5 million.
