Good bedding is ''central to sleep experience''

A spokesperson for a British organisation has emphasised that a good bed is important when getting sleep, adding that bedding is one of the most notable contributors.
The Sleep Council told of the importance of a personalised bed to ease a person off to sleep, taking into account the significance of body temperature and comfort.
Speaking on behalf of the advisory body, Jessica Alexander emphasised the value of bedding in the governance of temperature.
Ms Alexander noted that personal choices were central to bedding but that there was no specific material necessary - only the need to provide oneself with the option to regulate heat.
"Your body temperature may drop. The best idea there would be to wear light clothing, and have light bed linen, rather than nothing at all," she continued.
A recent report by the Mayor of London''s office said that upset sleeping patterns due to heat would not be solved in the long-term by air conditioning due to waste heat from the units.
